We used this company to book a limo for a bachelorette party and the night went from good to bad very quickly. First, the limo driver couldn't find the address and called my daughter's house twice for directions and still couldn't find it. We ended up flagging him down on the street. At least he showed up on time.

At the end of the night when we were being picked up, things got worse. We were running late trying to settle the bill and the driver said that if the entire party wasn't in his car within the allotted 15 minute time-frame, he would charge us $100 for each 15 minute period that we were late. Needless to say we were late and had to pay the $100 late fee before he would even let us back into the limo.

As he drove us home along the 401 we asked him about the drop offs because we had requested 3 separate drop offs and paid extra for this service. The driver told us that he only had one drop off on his paperwork and he wasn't making 3 stops. My daughter immediately called their office and spoke to the dispatcher who was't very helpful. My daughter even showed the limo driver a copy of an email she received from Toronto Limo Services confirming the pre-booked drop offs, but he still refused to comply. When we started to complain, the limo driver threatened to "kick us out of his car". When we continued to complain, he pulled over onto the shoulder of the 401 at about 3 am, opened the door, and told us all to "get out!". When no-one exited the limo, he continued to drive us to one address and we all got out. We asked for his name and he refused to give it to us. After we exited the limo, the limo driver yelled "lady you've got a big mouth" when he overheard us voicing our opinions about his behaviour. So much for professional, courteous service!

My husband ended up driving everyone home safely. Needless to say, when we tried to get in touch with the manager of Toronto Limousine Services (on several occasons) none of our calls were returned. We are now lodging a complaint with the Licensing Commission because this driver was very unprofessional, rude and endangered the lives of 7 women when he ordered us out of his limo on highway 401 at about 3 am. We are now questioning whether this company is licensed and if the people they use are licensed.

My daughter is getting married and she will not be using this company for her wedding or for her fiances' stag party.
